The November NetHack Tournament
Runs the entire month of November. Currently based off of NetHack 3.6.7 official release (core gameplay unaffected) with custom content added. Can play either as an individual or as a team. Began in 2018 and is on-going.
Runs the entire month of June, Junethack is a multi-server, multi-variant tournament that allows for individual or team play. Began in 2011 and is still on-going.
Runs twice a year (April and September) over a three day weekend, NetHackathon is an event where Twitch content creators livestream NetHack continuously for over 48 hours. Players use a shared account, and each player will play/stream for 2-3 hours on that account before handing their character over to the next player scheduled to stream. Began in 2021 and is on-going.
The /dev/null NetHack Tribute Tournament (retired)
A one-off tournament to fill the void left by the original /dev/null yearly tournament, as the host of that tournament abruptly retired /dev/null with just weeks prior to start. Custom content from the original /dev/null code was ported over to NetHack 3.6.0. Ran the entire month of November 2017. The link above shows the end results of the tribute tournament.
